Two entry points only: the MoHRE website (eservices.mohre.gov.ae/tasheelweb) and its responsive mobile view. Mira appears as a floating button at the bottom-right once you are logged in with UAE PASS. It is for the establishment owner or authorised signatory and shows only the establishments and workers linked to your account.
Mira proactively lists the permits due when you open it, and a reminder notification is sent to the employer 60 days before the renewal date. Each employee card shows the expiry date and the days left.
Any language. Tap the microphone and speak, Arabic (including the Emirati dialect), English or any other language, and Mira replies in the same language. You can also type in the chat box.
No. Permit details are pulled from the Ministry's records and the salary and allowances from the current contract. You only review them and adjust the salary or allowances if they changed.
